This policy explains how Wander Flanders BV (“we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on wanderflanders.be (the “Website”). For how we handle personal data in general, see our Privacy Notice.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the website recognise your device, remember choices and measure use. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as local storage and tags.
First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by another company, such as Google. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay for a set period.
2. How we ask for your consent
Strictly necessary cookies are placed without consent, because the Website cannot work without them. All other cookies are placed only after you have agreed through the cookie banner.
On your first visit you can accept all, reject all or choose per category. Rejecting has no effect on your access to the Website. We ask again after 6 months, or sooner if our cookies change.
3. Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics cookies from being placed; you can delete existing cookies in your browser.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. It gives us statistics such as number of visitors, pages viewed, country or city, device type and referring website. Google may process this data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; see section 6 of our Privacy Notice.
We do not use advertising or social media cookies.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website from working. The help pages of your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) explain how.
