1. Ownership
The content of wanderflanders.be (the “Website”) is protected by copyright, database rights, trademark law and other intellectual property rights. This covers texts, itineraries, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, page design, the selection and arrangement of content, and the underlying software.
These rights belong to Wander Flanders BV or to third parties who have allowed us to use their material. Nothing on the Website transfers any of these rights to you.
2. What you may do
You may view the Website and download or print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, for example to plan a trip. Copyright and other notices must stay intact.
You may link to pages of the Website, provided the link is fair, does not suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist, and does not show our content inside a frame on another website.
3. What needs our written permission
Any other use needs our prior written permission. In particular you may not:
- copy, republish, distribute or sell content from the Website, in whole or in part;
- adapt, translate or create derivative works from it;
- use our photographs, videos or texts in commercial material, on other websites or on social media beyond normal sharing of a link;
- extract or re-use substantial parts of the Website’s content, or do so systematically.
The exceptions provided by law, such as short quotation with mention of the source, remain available.

4. Text and data mining and AI
We expressly reserve our rights against text and data mining of the Website, within the meaning of Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Article XI.190, 20° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Automated copying of content, including to train or feed artificial intelligence systems, is not allowed without our prior written permission.
5. Trademarks
Wander Flanders, our logo and our other brand elements are our trade names or trademarks. Names and logos of attractions, hotels, airlines and other third parties belong to their owners and are used for identification only. You may not use any of them without the owner’s permission.
6. Third-party content and credits
Some photographs, maps and other materials are used under licence from third parties and remain their property. Where required, credits appear with the material or below.

7. Material you send us
You keep the rights in photos, reviews or other material you send us. We will publish them only with your prior permission.
8. Reporting an infringement
If you believe content on the Website infringes your rights, write to hello@wanderflanders.be with:
- your name and contact details;
- a description of the work and proof that you hold the rights or act for the owner;
- the exact page (URL) where the content appears;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
We will review the notice promptly and remove or correct the content where the claim is justified.
